Programs Designed for Growth.

The Business Council offers a variety of programs and services designed to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate partners build connections, strengthen capacity, and create opportunities for growth. Through business development initiatives, technical assistance, leadership programs, and strategic partnerships, we provide the resources, relationships, and support needed to help businesses navigate challenges, expand opportunities, and achieve long-term success.

Whether you are seeking access to procurement opportunities, growth-focused education, technical expertise, or meaningful business connections, our programs are designed to meet businesses where they are and help propel them to the next level.

The Business Connection Module helps socially and economically disadvantaged businesses strengthen their business knowledge, expand their professional networks, and access procurement opportunities. Through education, strategic connections, and supplier engagement, participants gain the tools and relationships needed to compete, grow, and succeed.

Program Overview

The Business Council serves as a bridge between businesses and corporate partners, creating opportunities for collaboration, business development, and supplier diversity engagement. Corporate participants contribute valuable expertise, mentorship, resources, and support that help member businesses build capacity and pursue new opportunities.

By fostering meaningful relationships between businesses and corporations, the Business Connection Module creates mutual value while advancing economic growth and inclusion throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

Program Impact

Since 2004, The Business Council has administered the Business Connection Module and facilitated more than $400 million in business spending between corporate partners and TBC member businesses.
